Royal Copenhagen Blue fluted antique rare fish dish with cod as a handle

Royal Copenhagen Blue fluted antique rare fish dish with cod as a handle. Produced in the first half of the 19th century. The dish is seen in Dorenfeldt's book on Blue Fluted.
The dish appears with chip on the tail and a chip on the edge - this is glazed, however, so it has happened during production.
